Chief Financial Officer - FMCG

- Looking to fill a Chief Financial Officer role for a large FMCG. The suitable candidate should have a minimum experience of 12 years with at least 5 years in Senior management position within the finance.

- Support the CEO in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development & execution of business strategies

- Develop the annual financial budget and the 3-year Annual operating Plan (AOP) for the company

- Support the CEO in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development & execution of business strategies

- He/she will oversee and effectively manage the finances of the company and ensure effective management of company finances to ensure both profit and long term results.

- The candidate is expected to provide leadership in the design, development and management of the processes which support the finance functions.

- Participation in the development of the organization's strategic vision and objectives and oversees the implementation of these in the relevant areas.

- Develop effective internal controls and review processes and promote a culture of continual improvement.

- Ensure organisational financial practices comply and adhere to government procedures.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and related analysis and reporting, both internal and external, in line with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.

- Hands on experience on SAP ERP, would help the company transition to a more evolved IT savvy organization.
