Chief Financial Officer - FinTech Startup

The candidate should have :

- Worked across various finance roles - including but not limited to controller, finance ops, book keeping and fund raising.

- Worked in companies with high financial ethics and ideally at least 1 listed company

- Worked in NBFC or FinTech for at least 1 stint.

- Experience in raising debt capital

- Ability to create processes and bring in the right tech to execute the same

- Experience in working with external audit firms

- Familiarity with risk, compliance and statutory requirements
