Chief Financial Officer - FinTech NBFC

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech NBFC backed by a Private Equity firm.

Job Description:

- Serving as a pivotal member of the senior management team, facilitating business growth and better performance, partnering in the formulation of the overall organizational strategy

- Leading debt fund-raising by building and leveraging network with banks, financial institutions and rating agencies for funding & reducing costs

- Managing overall investor relationships, presenting accurate financial statements to the board, investors and promoters

- Overseeing financial reporting, accounts, controls, taxation, audits and regulatory compliance

- Monitor cash flows to ensure healthy liquidity with effective cash flow forecasting, FP&A, planning and monitoring

- Set up teams for corporate & business finance

- Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships

The Successful candidate should:

- Be a CA / MBA Finance with 8 to 12 years of work experience in the Financial Services domain particularly debt fund-raising

- Should ideally have experience working as a CFO / Dy. CFO / Treasury Head in the NBFC space

- Should be a natural business partner, and be willing to go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs in a start-up environment
