- Lead multiple functions such as Treasury, FP&A, Compliance among others

Description :

- Provide leadership and management to the Finance and Accounting Function

- Business and Financial planning

- Head Treasury, compliance and FP&A Function

- Take care of budgeting, forecasting and implementation

- Lead the investor relations

Profile :

- 13-16 years of experience; of which minimum of 3 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Fintech setup

- Extremely strong leadership and organisational skills

- Strategic thought process with proven team management skills

- CA/MBA in Finance from Tier 1 institute
