About the company :

B2C and B2B Fin-tech platform with nearly a decade long track record

Roles & responsibilities :

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction (company's business plan, financial & tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting)

- Develop performance measures to support the company's strategic direction

- Manage company's fund-raising initiatives including through Institutional / Venture Capital investments and debt finance.

- Manage relationships with Investors and key stakeholders

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions

- Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package

- Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

Skills and Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant / MBA-Finance from premier college

- Prior experience as a CFO for a fintech/startup company

- Prior experience of raising VC / PE funds; and transaction experience

- Excellent spoken, written communication and experience partnering with an executive team
