Chief Financial Officer - FinTech - CA (15-22 yrs)
CFO / Chief Financial Officer
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop & implement short & long term financial strategies for the company
- Conceptualize and optimize the product journeys of all of the company's offerings.
- Lead and drive strategic partnerships across the industry and financial institutions
- Present monthly financial reports and engage with the management to optimize revenue and reduce costs
- Manage tax planning, internal and external audits for all group legal entities
- Ensure the financial integrity of the company and be fully accountable for the accuracy of the company's financial statements
- Budget, forecast and help oversee current and future investments and capital structures
- Manage the financial health of the company; ensure that various critical financial metrics are being accurately maintained and reported.
- Be cognizant of the law, regulation and compliance requirements of the crypto industry and work closely with the company's legal team, the regulators and law enforcement agencies.
- Manage a team of Finance professionals and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
- Drive a culture that promotes Organization's values, encourages collaboration, inclusivity and high performance
Qualification & Experience :
- Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of progressive experience, of which at least the last 3+ years as Head of Finance from Fintech Companies.
- Should have thorough knowledge of financial planning, corporate governance and compliance
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
