Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller - FMCG

We are looking for an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller. A Group CFO/FC will oversee the entire company's financial operations. Key activities would be the day-to-day tracking, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and overseeing all aspects of its financial success will be part of the job, as will fine-tuned skills in forward-thinking strategies, modeling, leadership, and other areas.

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers, etc.)

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system

- Oversee a team of financial controllers and analysts.

- It was preferred to travel to Angola and fix all control mechanisms.

Skills and prerequisites :

- Proven experience as a CFO, in Trading and Manufacturing enterprises, and experience of handling group of companies.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and professional user knowledge in ERP SAP S4 Hana

- In-depth understanding of corporate financial and risk management procedures

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- An analytical mind, comfortable with figures

- Preferable CA with finance and manufacturing sector experience

- Experience with MNC Companies with group companies with more than 200 million usd Turnover

- Hands-on SAP S4 Hana experience developing multiple reports and check points.
