CFO/ Head Finance- Pharmaceutical- Delhi-CA only - Responsible for annual business planning, monitoring monthly business performance, review and holding discussion with business heads for corrective action plan, if any, and way forward. - Presentation of monthly management accounts, strategic MIS & related reports to management. - Part of core committee of all the strategic business units responsible for regular review of all the aspect of business and strategic decision making. - Responsible for end to end supply chain function including forecasting, demand & production planning and distribution management. - Supervision of accounts including quarterly finalization(standalone as well as consolidated), statutory as well as internal audit function. - Supervision of costing function of company taking care of product costing, pricing etc. - Handling business related legal, Insurance and corporate affairs matter including risk management and statutory & regulatory compliance.
