Chief Financial Officer/Head of Finance - Startup FMCG

Qualification - Mandatory CA

Responsibilities:

- Develop & implement effective Business Planning, Budgeting, Performance Analysis, and Monitoring processes for the Online business/Offline to provide decision support to business leaders

- Manage the development and maintenance of accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc.

- Facilitate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with data analysis and follow through with the business team on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time

- Prepare and Analyse Monthly Financial Information and MIS.

- Preparation of Annual Budget and tracking.

- Ensure all statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

- Liaise with other department heads of the organization for operational support.

- Manage Internal and statutory auditors.

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Managemnt

- Negotiations with Suppliers, CFA and Logistic Partners

- Funding experience, Finalization of Term Sheet, SHA

- Good PPT and Excel skills for praparing presentaions for Board Meeting, Investors
