Chief Financial Officer/Finance Head - FMCG (18-25 yrs)

Job Purpose :

To achieve complete accuracy and compliance throughout the functional steps, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, costs & controlling and sensitivity & scenario analysis with intelligence through corrective & preventive actions to the management and to - manage risks- across the organisation by coordinating with all functions with planning and implementing - risk management- policy.

Job Responsibilities :

Accounting- Financial & Management :

- To achieve complete accuracy in all the steps and processes of Financial and Management accounting on daily/online, weekly/ required frequency

Compliances :


- Achieve compete compliance over any regulatory body of respective government authorities

Assets :

- Custodian of entire assets, including intellectual property rights and achieve optimum utilization of resources

Liabilities :

- Record, Monitor, Control and estimate/ forecast- long term & short term liabilities

- Optimize supply chain

- Optimize material flow and money flow across all materials across supply chain.

- Envisage and Manage risk across the organisation, by coordinating with all functions with planning and implementing - risk management- policy from time to time.

Customer satisfaction :

- Prepare & assess creditworthiness for each account- min. once a year

- Visit and assess at least top-20% of account once in 6 month, for overall creditworthiness & complaint

Internal Coordination & processes :

- Synergy between sales, collection, production & distribution to achieve cash flow and debtors Synergy with procurement for creditors & planned cash flow

Learning & Development :

- Demonstrate corrective & preventive methods- on-job.
