Chief Financial Officer/Finance Head - Consumer Goods/Retail/FMCG - CA

Key role deliverables will include :

- To drive overall financial planning, forecasting, craft budgets and establish a governance framework for planning, accounting, and all types of partner / vendor reconciliations

- To analyse and monitor risk elements based on liabilities, investments and other financial parameters - decide on commercial strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

- Ensure there is appropriate cash flow for the organization

- Establish Management reporting routines that highlight reports containing financial health of the organisation for quick decision making.

- Establish and nurture cordial relationships with all stakeholders - vendors, partners and customers

- Manage a team of smart Chartered Accountants and Finance Management graduates and enable them to contribute their best at all times

What we are looking for :

- Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience with at least 8 years in the CFO/Head Finance role

- Prior Experience of working with large Consumer Products / Consumer Durable / Retail / FMCG industries

- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

- Expertise in Data Analytics, Risk & Demand Forecasting
