Our Client is a Large Export Cum Manufacturing Company in Home Furnishing Product based in Manesar.

Looking for CFO with relevant experience & a Qualified CA/CS with experience in entre Gamut of F&A

Position : Chief Financial Officer

Qualification : Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and qualified CS

Function : Finance

Experience : 15 - 20 Yrs. of relevant post qualification experience

Reporting To : Executive Director

Positions report to this position : Assist. General Manager (Finance)

Purpose Of this position : The chief financial officer is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Most Important Task :

- Finance and accounting leader : Ensuring that the F&A function delivers proactive business partnering and serves as a role model for other functions in the areas of transparency, quality, ethics and innovation.

- Adaptive F&A function : Ensuring the F&A function is adaptive and changes as the organization and its needs change - more dynamic and responsive approaches to planning and performance management to respond to the uncertainties of a rapidly changing business environment that affects key business drivers.

- Strategic management :The CFO is at the center of strategic management - facilitating a common and unifying perspective on the organization's strategic objectives, opportunities and threats, business model - critical success factors including resources, capabilities and competences needed in relation to changing circumstances and environmental factors and trends.

- Driving profitable growth : The CFO is a driver of performance by participating in strategy development and validation, implementation and evaluation.

Area of Responsibilities :

- Planning

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processesDevelop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Operations

- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team

- Manage the accounting, legal, tax, and banking departments

- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Managing Company's budgeting and cost managements function

- Managing effectively company financial Management : Short term & Long term

- Direct and Indirect Taxation

- Financial Information

- Oversee the issuance of financial information's and financial analysis

- Report financial results to the board of directors

- Funding / Cash Flow

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

- Arrange for debt and equity financing

- Invest funds

- Risk Management

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems

- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

- Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
