Strategic Planning :

1. Preparation of business plan for LBF and subsidiaries

2. Co Ordination with Board for raising of Funds for business expansion and growth based on 5 year plan

3. Advising the Board on a quarterly basis of the future earning.

4. Co ordination for appointment of Statutory auditors and Internal Auditors

5. Active role in Private equity funding and interaction with fund representative.

Annual Budgeting :

1. Preparation of Annual Operating Budget for LBF and its subsidiaries in coordination with all Brand heads based on 5 years plan.

2. Preparation of Capex budget for LBF and its subsidiaries.

Monthly MIS :

1. Review of Monthly MIS at outlet level, brand level and Company level.

Working Capital Management:

1. Raising of working capital limits and management of working capital funds.

Project Funding:

1. Preparation of Project report for Banks.

2. Interacting with Banks to raise funds for projects.

3. Ensure funds allocated to the project are used for the projects.

Statutory Compliances:

1. Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Internal Audit:

1. Interacting with Internal Auditors for ensuring compliance with internal audit observations and convening monthly internal audit meetings with a big 3 firm

Statutory Audit:

1. Ensuring the Statutory Audit is completed within the schedule time with Big 4 firm.

Information Technology:

1. Spear Head the IT to match the requirements of Business. Support IT in generation of Business reports.

Legal Compliances:

1. Ensure quarterly compliance sheet for all statutory liabilities is submitted to Directors

2. Ensure a tracking sheet for Rental properties is maintained by Legal team and the same is audited by a legal expert

3. Ensure a tracking sheet for all Licenses for each restaurant is maintained. The same to be audited by a legal firm.
