Chief Financial Officer - Facility Management Firm - CA (15-20 yrs)

A seasoned CA with strong experience background in managing complex financial environment.

KRA's :

- Develop policies and processes to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.

- Ensure robust budgeting for capital expenses and other revenue expenses.

- Oversee the long term and short term budgetary planning and costs management and ensure that same is in alignment with the organization's strategic plan and goals.

- Provide analysis and insight to prioritize the allocation of scarce resources to areas where more value can be generated.

- Develop strategies for cost optimization and hence increase in profitability.

- Develop policies and systems for accounts receivables and payables.

- Responsible to plan and manage the working capital requirements

- Responsible for the streamlined finance, accounts and taxation operations of the company.

- Ensure timely finalization of accounts in accordance with the statutory requirements.

- Effective tax planning through an understanding of tax implications of financial portfolio/structure of the company, tax planning of business expenditure etc.

- Responsible for adherence to taxation norms-filing of returns on time, service tax planning and TDS.

- Analyze MIS reports as prepared by MIS team

- Finalize KRAs of subordinates and reporting departments to evaluate their performance.

- Review and assist in performance improvement through continuous feedback, motivation, job rotation and guidance/mentoring.

- Develop successors for various positions through job rotation and training.
