- Proven track record of success as a CFO or senior leadership role.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in financial management and planning, listing of companies.

- Experience with financial planning and analysis & Knowledge of exhibition industry trends and challenges.

- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.

- International experience.

- IPO experience and knowledge of IPO-related reporting requirements.

- SAP implementation experience.

Qualification:

- Chartered accountant with about 15 years of total experience.

- Additional qualification in Company Secretary and Cost Accounting, shall be an added advantage.

- Total 15-20 years of experience out of which 5+ years of experience in service, exhibition or a similar industry and at least 5-8 years as a CFO.
