Chief Financial Officer - Exchange Firm (5-10 yrs)
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the MD & CEO and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting & Tax Compliance.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance related procedures
- Experience: Exchange Industry Preferred.
1. Cash flow management
2. Leading the Fund raising activity.
3. Liasoning with the auditors to ensure timely compliance with the due dates of the various audits
4. Ensuring all statutory compliances including the tax compliance.
5. Motivating the finance team to work efficiently & effectively while ensuring all SOPs are in place and updated wherever necessary.
