Job Description :

- Responsible for preparing detailed MIS and reporting to management - MIS is a key component of this job

- Driving the detailed budget process for the company with project wise focus

- Responsible to drive the cost reduction initiatives across the company

- Should be able to get into details of each ongoing project and monitor the performance of each project including costs incurred, analysis vs budget, collections and payments

- To ensure the business runs on tight working capital limits the incumbent should be able to manage the cash flow management plan and prioritize the payments

- The incumbent to be involved in all project bids and sign off on the project profitability, key terms, etc.

- Work with other departments and regional heads for tight monitoring and driving of operations along with CEO/COO

- Ensure compliance with Company Secretarial matters

- Drive the Internal Audit function - ensure that audits are completed as per schedule, all internal audit observations are implemented in time and no major internal audit issues arise

- Design and implement SOP and Charter of Authority across the company for tight control and smooth functioning of the business
