Chief Financial Officer - Education Sector - CA (14-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the organization operates sound risk management and internal control systems to safeguard stakeholders' interests, the organization's assets and to ensure the integrity of the organization's financial performance and statements.
- Approaching all stakeholders with definitive ideas to customize strategies/instruments for raising funds for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)/ Working Capital (WC) as well as for refinancing/restructuring existing debt
- Direct Liasoning with bankers and investors for debt proposals.
- Formulating company's financial strategies and managing ongoing financial operations to maintain company's financial health and increase profitability
-Due diligence audits of financial institutions, Clarifications, justifications for appraisals of Banks and Financial Institutions
- Identifying and managing Risk
Required Skills :
- CA 14+ years of experience in Corporate Finance and General management professional with strong commercial acumen.
- Good knowledge of Education Industry is preferred, wherein transitioned, stabilized and ramped up multiple teams
