Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing end-to-end activities related to Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Procurement, Internal Audits, Financial Statement finalization, and regulatory/statutory compliances.
- Should have played the role of Head of Finance for large organizations with a strength of 1000+ FTEs
- Direct interactions and reviews with the management. Led strategic initiatives in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Talent Strategy, Scalability, Real Estate portfolio, Location footprint, and Technology Lease vs Buy decision.
Approaching all stakeholders with definitive ideas to customize strategies/instruments for raising funds for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)/ Working Capital (WC) as well as for refinancing/restructuring existing debt
- Direct Liasoning with bankers and investors for debt proposals.
- Formulating company's financial strategies and managing ongoing financial operations to maintain company's financial health and increase profitability
- Determining Finance KPIs
