Chief Financial Officer - Education (12-18 yrs)
- To take charge of Finance & Commercial function of the company reporting to the CEO.
- He will partner the CEO in scaling-up the business 10 fold in 3 years - providing proactive support in strategic planning, finance and resourcing, systems and controls.
- The company has been invested into by a large global education MNC and is being scaled up from 200 crores to 2000+ crores in the next 3 years - organically and inorganically (JVs / M&A).

- The incumbent will lead a team strong in Accounting, MIS, Systems & Controls.
- Key Skills / Experience sought are hands on expertise in fund raising both debt and equity, JVs, M&As, Strategic alliances
CA / MBA - Strong on JVs, Treasury, Commercial - preferably from Service Industry for a leading group's foray into mass education
