The Organization (About the Client) :

The group is scaling-up in India, with a target to be a Rs.3000+cr. the entity in next five years largely through JVs & Mergers and Acquisitions

Job Description / The Role :

- Establish financial objectives in line with organisational objectives

- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare business plans and investment proposals

- Lead commercial negotiations, support commercial decision making, review new business proposals

- Manage treasury, banking and cash flows

- Manage the accounting and finance operations

- Ensure compliance to prevailing taxes and regulatory compliances

- Involve in operational matters,identify areas of cost reduction

- Review the annual budgets and monthly MIS

- Liase with various government, banking, advisory and other authorities
