Chief Financial Officer - eCommerce - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

This well-funded start up is India's premier doorstep car services, repairs and maintenance online platform and is a one stop solution for all car care needs.

The company is bolstering its senior leadership and is looking for a sharp, dynamic CFO to lead the company's finance and fundraising functions. The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, a good understanding of finance and the ability to manage investors.

Responsibilities :

- Formulating financial strategy

- Playing a leadership role for fundraising

- Preparing financial models, plans, forecasts, budgets, etc.

- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements to management, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensuring that all relevant fiduciary and regulatory obligations are being complied with.

- Managing the financial health of the company - ensuring that various critical financial metrics are being accurately calculated and suitably reported. Including maintaining MIS, KPIs etc.

- Working closely with leadership/businesses to ensure alignment between groups

- Manage and build the Finance department

Attributes/Skills :

- 10+ years of relevant experience across established companies and e-commerce start-ups of which some experience at an e-commerce start-up, with accounting/financial control experience and/or fundraising experience is a plus

- CA/MBA Finance from a reputed institute

- Experience in managing teams would help

- Ability to understand business drivers is critical

- Must be ambitious, a self-starter and entrepreneurial
