Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting the company's growth objectives within the dynamic BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring long-term financial stability and growth.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, including financial forecasting, to provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments, to safeguard the company's assets.

- Cash Flow Management: Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's operational requirements and investment opportunities.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining transparency and integrity in all financial operations.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Qualifications:

- Education: CA Mandatory

- Experience: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the BPO industry or a related sector, with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and corporate finance.

- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are preferred.

- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent analytical and forecasting abilities, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
