Location: Andheri West-Mumbai Role: CFO Reporting to Founder Job description: - Providing strategic recommendations to the Management on investments and business growth decisions. - Identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investors, banks, financial partners and auditors, explore and actively contribute in fund raising options for the business. - Act as a financial counsel to the heads and evaluate strategic alliances. - Focus long-term business and financial planning and Cash flow management. - Prepare Budgeted vs Actual Expenses variance report with cost center allocation and analysis of the same for management. - Prepare various MIS as per schedules of reporting and report to the management. - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. - Establish and optimize finance operational strategies and ensure best business practices to reduce business risk and meet the overall objectives. - Lead accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasting, budgets, taxation, audits, documentations, business contracts. - Adherence to company operational procedures, policies, agreements, and compliances. Key Requirements: - CA Qualified - 10+ years of finance accounts experience. - Knowledge of corporate law and risk management practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen and results oriented approach. - Must have experience of SAP or any ERP/ Automation. - Experience in physical business is desire
