Chief Financial Officer - Consumer & ConsumerTech

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Leadership:

- Drive financial strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities

- Partner with the CEO and Board to shape long-term vision, capital planning, and growth roadmaps

- Lead investor relations, fundraising efforts (equity and debt), and M&A initiatives

- Provide financial insights for decision-making across pricing, product strategy, and GTM

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units

- Deliver actionable insights for cost optimization, revenue acceleration, and margin improvement

Accounting, Controls & Compliance

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP

- Build strong internal controls and governance structures

- Oversee statutory audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance

Operational Finance:

- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Tech) to drive process efficiency

- Implement systems and tools for automation, reporting, and analytics

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute

- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in consumer brands or digital/tech-enabled businesses

- Proven experience in fundraising, stakeholder management, and scaling finance in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
