Our client is one of the top global consulting firms based out of Singapore. They are currently providing Financial Advisory Services to a healthcare company which is aspiring to list their company in NASDAQ, USA. We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer on contract to work with our client in providing financial advisory support. The incumbent is expected to guide the end client on listing the company's shares in NASDAQ. The contractual assignment is expected to be a short term for a period of 2-3 months. - Experience of listing a company in NASDAQ is a MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be considered - Previous working experience as CFO for at least15 years - Hands on practitioners with deep experience in US GAAP standards, dealing with SEC, reviewing all processes of company to make them listing ready etc - Globally recognized Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance - Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law - Hands-on experience with risk management - Hands-on experience with financial management software - Excellent time-management and organizational skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
