RESPONSABILITIES :

- Produce accounting and financial information that are accurate and reliable on a timely manner.

- Assure the compliance of the statutory accounts and of any other return related to local requirements in accounting, finance and tax as well as international standards.

- Ensure the monitoring of all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger and monthly close.

- Manage and supervise the working capital and cash flow of the entity, including monitoring of customer credit and collection.

- Assure the application and improvement of financial policies, procedures, accounts system and controls within the entity, in compliance with Partners requirements.

- Communicate with the General Manager as well as the Partners of any fraud and/or compliance issue.

- Manage all elements of internal and external compliance reporting and projections.

- Deliver value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision-making.

- Prepare consolidated management reports for Senior Leadership, including monthly/quarterly reporting package that includes full financial statements, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, actual versus budget and last year variances, and comprehensive executive level explanations of differences.

- Maintain constant awareness of financial performance versus plan, identify potential risks and proactively address any issues to prevent financial misses

- Control the quality and compliance of all produced reportings with the Partners requirements monthly closing - prepared by local teams.

- Build the budget of the entity with the General Manager and ensure its monitoring.

- Coach, manage, and develop finance team, building a finance function that guarantees the reliability of the financial statements.

- Ensure that all members of the finance team are trained, confident and kept fully up to date with all aspects of finance, local and international accounting regulations, and company policies.

- Be the business partner of the General Manager in all development and optimization projects of the entity and assure the efficient communication with the Partners the in-progress of this project.

- Linked with the General Manager, serve as a reference for local authorities in his scope of responsibilities: financial institutions, legal auditors and for Group internal departments

- Monitor the financing and related commitment and assure the relation with the banks.

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

- CA mandatory

- Master 2 in Finance, Management.

- Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques as well as a great expertise of IFRS, internal control principles and closing/reporting processes.

- At least 8 years of a professional experience in a similar position.

- Fluent English.

- Organized, dynamic, autonomous, having a strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.

- Leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team worker.
