Chief Financial Officer - Conglomerate (15-22 yrs)
Finance :
- Expertise in fundraising at competitive pricing, monitoring of accounting and statutory compliances, finalization of annual reports and liaising with banks.
- Supervising the preparation of budgets, monthly management accounts, variance analysis, forecasts and making a presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Lodging claim with banks for defaulting customer/overdue debts under credit protection arrangement.
- Cash flow of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses.
Accounts :
- Planning and supervising accounting activities
- Adhering to accounting standards and various guidelines of financial bodies.
- Finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and complying with the publishing of results
- Drafting, reviewing and submitting the annual report to be published to the Board of Directors.
- Accounts review related to Bank, inter-unit and major parties
Financial Management/ Strategizing :
- Development of Short Term / Long Term Budgets and designing business Plans/strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation and realize the corporate goal.
- Adroit at formulating business strategies, budgeting, forecasting, project planning and assessing project viability.
- Determining financial objectives, preparing & implementing systems, policies & procedures and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control
- Capital expenditure plans and investments
- Formulating revenue & capital budgets
Compliance and Audits :
- Regulatory compliance and performance reviews.
- Planning and Liaising with Auditors for the timely completion of year-end Audit
- Statutory Compliance with respect to payment of all Government Taxes within the due date.
