Company: A mid-sized fine chemicals company (majority stake with a leading PE firm) Responsibility : - Oversee the financial operations of the company, including Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Banking Relationships, Tax, Treasury operations, and major entity transactions (e.g., mergers, demergers, acquisitions.). - Maintain relationships with banks &amp; raise funds, preferably debt. - Act as a business partner and provide the Board with independent professional expertise and advice to support decision making. - He/she will be involved in setting up robust financial practices and systems for the organization. - Lead financial, accounting and tax due diligences in an M&amp;A situation and manage post M&amp;A integration.
