I represent Zend Consulting Services, a recognized Executive Search and Selection firm. We specialize in IT, BFSI and Senior Level positions. Our clients are amongst some of the most recognized names in their respective domains across the Globe.

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a large Tech Organization having their HO in Delhi.

They are looking for a "CFO" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to

- Finance, Accounts and Taxation for the India Operations

- Helping Planning & manage the Operations of the organization

- Managing Contracts, Vendors, AR, AP

- Leading the organization to an IPO

- Strategic Leadership to the Organization

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be A Qualified Chartered Accountant (additional Qualifications preferred)

- Have at least 14 to 23 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

- At least 3 years as a Head of the function leading large teams

- Have experience in managing business operations

- Have experience in working with a young team of Leaders

- Have the ability to adapt to a fast changing business scenario

- Have great communication and leadership skills

- An experience of working with VCs would be great

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Delhi or willing to relocate.
