The CFO is responsible for advising and assisting the business counterparts and heads in the development of their financial plans and oversee the fiscal programs for the Company.
- To provide professional advice and support on all aspects of business domain, in particular on planning, resourcing, financial management, investment and performance and risk management;
- To direct and facilitate the preparation and maintenance of appropriate financial records, and the provision of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
- To prepare, monitor and update the periodic budget and long term business plan for the business;
- To present reports, submissions and recommendations to the senior leadership.
- To lead, mentor, and direct immediate reports and work with them to establish an effective Financial Services team.
- To ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- To manage vendor relationships
- To prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- To ensure compliance of various taxes.
- To ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
Reporting Structure :
Reports to : Director
Reportees : Finance department
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of high level experience in financial management, in depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Highly developed management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
Desirable :
- Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration.
- Recognized professional accounting qualification e.g. CA
