Chief Financial Officer - CA - Property Management Firm (15-20 yrs)
Retained to search for a Chief Financial Officer for a leading Property Management Firm in Bangalore.
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans.
Accountable for Administrative, Financial and risk management operations of the company, principal accountabilities include:

- Risk Management

Desired Profile
- A qualified chartered accountant
- 20+ years- experience in BPO, IT/ITES, Banking & Real Estate sectors.
- Budgeting & Profit-Loss Management.
- Must be Subject Matter Expertise in SEBI Regulations and Initial Public Offerings
- Hands on experience in Financial Strategic Planning.
