Chief Financial Officer - CA - Mobile Games Firm (10-15 yrs)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Age criteria: 35-38 years max
Experience as a Finance Controller or Chief Financial Officer level.
A Minimum of 10 years of financial experience and management experience with experience of overseeing day-to-day financial operations of an organization spread across multiple countries.
CA or Equivalent
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Well versed with managing a listed company financial and statutory needs.
- Manage Treasury Function
- Ensure statutory compliance with tax authorities and RBI or equivalent in each country of operation.
- Manage overseas subsidiary structure, including a holding company structure which has majority/minority stakes in different downstream companies.
- Ensure adequate financial controls are implemented.
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization
- Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings; including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs. Foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships.
- Handle/Oversee company secretarial related responsibilities including all aspects of compliance with ROC/ Company ACT
- Create and assess financial statements and budget documents.
- Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organizations, the Board of Directors and employees.
- Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
