Chief Financial Officer - CA - Manufacturing

We are having opening for CFO with manufacturing industry

Qualification required: CA

Candidate with manufacturing industry is preferred

Job Profile:

- Managing all banking activities including preparations of Bank Loan Proposal i.e. preparation of CMA Data, Profitability Statement, Cash Flow Statement for the new projects.

- Negotiation of interest rates with the banker/ NBFC and other financial institutions to ensure minimum cost & fast availability of funds

- Taxation related matters

- Knowledge of working capital management, fund management

- Supervision of Overall Accounting Activities

- Balance sheet preparation
