Chief Financial Officer - CA - Manufacturing (12-18 yrs)
Role is based out of Pune and is with a MNC manufacturing firm
Only current CFOs need to apply. Current FC will not be considered as this role has IT/HR/Admin also reporting into him
Our Client :
Our client is a MNC manufacturing firm in auto components industry and is one of the most reputed brands in the segment they operate in. Having manufacturing facility in India and heavily exporting to different markets abroad they have a headcount of 300+ people in India with a revenue of around 150-200 Cr. They are looking to aggressively expand their operations and are looking for a finance leader based out of their corporate office in Pune.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Group CFO based out of Europe and managing an overall team of 10+ members you will be responsible for :
- Assisting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives. Monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans
- Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. Maintaining in-depth relations with all members of the management team
- Managing the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments. Overseeing the issuance of financial information
- Personally reviewing and approving all financial transactions. Understanding and mitigating key elements of the company's risk profile
- Monitoring all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry. Constructing and monitoring reliable control systems
Ideal Candidate :
- You are a CA with 12-15+ years of post qualification experience in a manufacturing MNC environment with atleast last 3+ years in he capacity of CFO.
- You have excellent grip on taxation, export oriented matters and financial controlling as well. More importantly since in this role IT/HR shall also report to the position, it is imperative that you have the gravitas and excellent interpersonal and communication skills befitting the role.
