Management Accounting & Analysis

- Budgeting, Forecasting : Forecasting Revenue, Margin, Opex & Capex, defining Targets for various owners .

- Planning : preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Long term Business Plan

- Business Review: Presentation to Global leadership team at UK, Singapore & USA and Board members.

Finance & Accounts ControllerShip Function- for one Business Vertical of Vodafone

- Accounts, Audit & Reporting : monthly & Annual closing, monthly Profit & loss ( P/ L) and Balance Sheet, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Cost Audits & Internal Audits

Fund management : Banking & Treasury functions, Fund raising .

- Credit Control

Revenue Assurance :

- Costing & Cost Audits : Standard costing, variance analysis, activity based costing and replacement costing.

- Merger and Acquisition: Responsible for merger of two companies that includes due diligence, Legal merger, and Taxation and operation integration work streams.

- ERP Implementation - Interacting with many group companies of Vodafone group across various geographies

Taxation & Regulatory Support - for 3 legal entities :

- Income Tax - compliance, computation, Filing of periodic tax Returns, Tax Assessments, helping in preparation of Transfer Pricing ( TP) reports, negotiation of transfer price agreements, TP documentations, filing Appeals, hearing and arguing at Appellate Tribunals.

- Indirect Tax : Handling Service Tax, VAT & Custom compliance's, Filing Periodic Returns, Handling Assessments, Audits

- Regulatory: compliance's as set out by TRAI ( DOT), Telecom License Agreements, RBI guidelines, Provident Fund, Profession Tax and various labor laws.

- Corporate law, Commercial, Risk Management: Compliance of company law, handling Board Meeting and Shareholders meeting and ROC matters evaluating contracts and agreements Corporate risk management for insurance.
