We have an urgent opening for one of the largest industrial conglomerates in India for Chief financial officer (CFO) based at Delhi Ncr.

The Group has multi business activities - Paper, Tyre, Cement, Conveyor belts, Pharmaceuticals, Dairy and Agri-Genetics with turnover exceeding USD 1.50 billion.

Job Role:-

Designation:- CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Experience;- 7 to 12 years

Location:- Delhi Ncr

Qualification:- CA qualified in First & Second Attempt only

Brief about Job Profile:-

Responsible for all the matters related to finance, accounting and statutory compliance. Apart from that also actively participates in all the matters related with corporate planning, strategic business plan, evaluation of acquisition opportunity, creating & implementing SOP, ERP implementation, critical agreements, member of Capex purchase committee etc.

Job Responsibilities:-

- making strategic business plan.

- evaluation of acquisition opportunity/business plan

- preparation of Annual & Monthly Budget, Cash Flow.

- Responsible for creating & implementing SOP

- Responsible for preparation and finalization of annual accounts/Limited review on quarterly basis

- Responsible for all legal and statutory compliances i.e. Income Tax, Sales Tax, PF, ESI, Excise, Service Tax

- Liasioning with statutory auditors & internal auditors

- Investor Presentation

- Supporting top management on financial policies and procedural issues

- Analysis and review of Monthly Financials & highlighting variances against the budget.

- Development of Business MIS & providing analysis to Management in line with growing business requirements
