Chief Financial Officer - CA - FMCG/Manufacturing

Job Description:

- Providing leadership into Integration of key finance processes and reporting to the Board

- Rolling out financial Policies, procedures, controls and risk evaluation parameters

- Implement robust internal audit, controls risk assessment calendar

- Leading the implementation of SAP

- Working with management in identifying risk prone processes and proactively bring out automation and changes to eliminate the risks.

- Partnering with accounting and reporting team on resolution of complex accounting and reporting related issues as emerge.

- Providing leadership to financial controlling and reporting

- Financial responsibility on BU's P & L performance including sales, margins, cost performance

- Implement and sustain strong controls and compliance environment in line with parent company guidelines

- Strategic partner to Management in new products evaluation, Product Pricing, Project Reviews, Investment decisions

- Team Management including training, reviews, appraisal and engagement programs

Qualification:

CA and working in FMCG or Manufacturing Companies only.
