Chief Financial Officer - CA - Financial Services Sector

Position Title: CFO for a Financial Services sector

The CFO will be accountable to the company's Board of Directors for all accounting and financial matters.

Job Responsibilities :

- Establish company-wide objectives, policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to assure the company of a continuously sound financial accounting structure.

- Management and control of the company's accounting function

- Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

- Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.

- Management of working capital and operational assets.

- The role will also include direct responsibility for raising funds, deal analysis and negotiations, Investor relations and private and institutional financing

Candidate Profile :

- CA with 15 - 20 years- experience overseeing Financial Operations, Accounting and Taxation in Banks or Large Corporates/Financial Institutions. 10 years of this must be with Banks or Financial Institutions, including 5 years at a Senior Management Level

- Experience and knowledge of best practices in accounting standards, financial ethics, independent audits, RBI compliance, audit, and taxation matters.

- Experienced in Fund Raising and Investor Relations Management
