Job Description:

- A strategic planner with cross functional experience in Business Plans, Project Evaluation, Pricing, Budgeting, Financial Modelling, Finalization of Accounts, Auditing and MIS Development.

- Well versed with modern accounting systems and provisions of Companies Act, and Income Tax Act.

- Should have strong experience in leading Accounts, Finance, Tax, MIS and to ensure a healthy P&L through execution of relevant strategies.

- Well versed with Budgeting, monthly MIS, Direct and Indirect tax and other statutory compliance.

- Comfortable with working capital management. Financial strategies, Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control, safeguard and cost reduction, Improving systems, financial processes and adherence to Sop's.

- Coordination of Statutory and Internal Audit.
