Chief Financial Officer - CA - Energy & Power Business (25-30 yrs)

CA is a must for the position. Additional qualifications preferable

Client - The position is with a large group. One of the key businesses of the group is in the Energy & Power sector. They have quite a few assets under development and operation in the hydro / gas based/ thermal energy and power plants in India.

Profile Designation: CFO - Energy & Power Business

KRA's

- Operate as a commercial business leader capable of adding significant value beyond the functional remits of Finance with a particular focus on balance sheet responsibility, financial and cash discipline, and profitable and strategic growth.

- Drive the discipline of cash management

- Responsible to finalize the project reports and financial models and get the same appraised from banks and financial institutions for the business

- Responsible to manage and monitor the syndication of project finance. To liaison with the Financial Institutions and banks and ensure financial closure of the project

- Responsible to monitor the cash flows of the Company and to arrange short term, long term and working capital funds.

- Responsible to manage the consortium of banks for the business

- Due diligence on New Projects.

- Lead annual budgeting process and analysis of capital investment

- Lead execution of cost reduction programme

- Oversee all regulatory reporting requirements

Reports to: Director & the Board

Reportees: Entire Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred Age group - 45- 50 yrs
