The Organization (About the Client)

The company is a start-up, well-funded by Warburg Pincus, as part of its aggressive play in India's logistics sector, with an industry veteran as MD & Co-Promoter.

The company plans to service Food, FMCG, E-Commerce and other sectors and is in the market for acquisitions of logistics companies in its quest to put together 30 million sq. ft. of warehousing space in the next five years.

Over the next few years, they are looking to provide integrated logistics solutions which will include modern distribution centres and warehousing facilities at strategic locations across India.

The Role / Job Description:

- To take independent charge of Finance, Commercial, Secretarial & Legal functions of the company.

- Set-up robust systems, processes, to build & run a high quality, high energy, high agility company. The culture will remain a start-up with high independence, out of box thinking & solutioning as its core.

The Candidate Details:

- CA + CS,

- Around 40 yrs,

- With initial grounding in a system driven company, followed by 3 to 5 yrs in a well-funded, start-up, scale-up in the service industry.

- Candidate willing to join immediately will be preferred.

Work Experience: 15 - 20 yrs
