Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location : Tamli Nadu.

Experience: 20 Years

Qualification: CA

Reporting to: CEO/CMD

Responsibilities:

- To manage the IPO/listing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI Regulations)

- Should have handled the IPO in the past or good exposure in the Capital markets is preferable.

- To develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- To coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies

- To oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and filings

- To ensure compliance with IND-AS and regulatory requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders

- Communicate financial performance, strategies, and vision

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks

- Develop and implement risk management strategies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, listing agreements, and corporate governance standards

- Oversee internal controls, audit, and compliance functions

- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

- Understand the dairy industry trends, challenges and opportunities

- Develop financial strategies to address industry specific risks and opportunities

Skills required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent

- 20+ years of experience in finance, including minimum 10 years of CFO role

- IPO/listing experience

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance
