- A well established, Long-standing, Owner driven leader in their domain(with almost 1/3rd Market share)in the chemical industry with Sizeable turnover, operations, Plant infrastructure. Planning to double in next couple of years

Candidate profile:
- Strong preference for CA, open for equivalent Pro qualifications in case of exceptional talent with 18-22 years of well rounded experience with growing organizations at leadership level for atleast 5 years.
- Dynamic, Pro-active with good Leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to handling various stakeholders
Job Profile:
- All strategic & operational aspects of whole Gamut of Finance, Treasury, Accounts, Cost, Tax including= Strong exposure to Accounting policies, Internal control / Audit systems SAP, Cost/Risk/Forex Mgt, Fund raising etc.
- IPO, M&A preferred.
- Reports to CEO and supported/Reported by a team of Managers & other accounting professionals.
- Good Talent development capabilities
