Chief Financial Officer - CA

Looking for a Group CFO - reporting to the Chairman and based out of Ahmedabad.

The role is supported by team of Finance professionals.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Formulating the company's future direction and supporting strategic and tactical initiatives.

- Oversee the entire accounting function of the Group, including SPV and division accounts.

- Managing the annual revenue, expenses, capital budgeting process of the Group, conducting revenue and expense trend analysis and benchmarking with the industry standards.

- Developing and managing accurate and timely internal and external reporting and analysis; ensuring compliance with governmental, regulatory and contractual obligations.

- Responsible for setting up departmental productivity targets, KPIs and their tracking on a periodic basis.

- Handling internal and external auditors, direct and Indirect tax taxes.

- Preparing & managing cash flow, annual operating plan preparation and MIS

- Looking for a CFO between 45-50 years of age, an individual who is pro at People Management and has worked extensively in the services sectors ,dealing extensively with senior leadership- MD/Promoters.

- Experience of managing scale and growth.

- CA is a MUST.
