Chief Financial Officer - CA

Requirements:

- Chartered Account with post qualification experience of 12 to 15 yrs

- 12 to 15 years+ of relevant experience in a CDR/QSR/FD/Restaurant Operations in a leading role.

- Guide senior management with strategic recommendations for long-term business and financial planning.

- Lead financial decision-making that significantly impacts the company's direction.

- Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and standards.

As a financial leader, you will:

Analyze and optimize financial performance:

- Assess the organization's financial health against long-term goals, budgets, and forecasts.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance both short-term and long-term growth strategies.

Lead technology and process improvements:

- Identify, implement, and optimize financial systems and software to streamline operations and provide critical insights.

- Evaluate departmental efficiency and suggest automation solutions.

Collaborate with executive leadership:

- Actively participate in executive decision-making, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational models.

- Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors, CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team.

Manage financial reporting and analysis:

- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss, budget vs. actuals, and cash flow by division.

- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve performance.

Drive financial planning and budgeting:

- Develop and maintain operating budgets (monthly and annual), create yearly financial objectives aligned with company growth, and supervise the financial planning and analysis department.

Oversee accounting and financial operations:

- Ensure the proper functioning of accounting systems, databases, and software.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), review month-end closing activities, and act as a primary contact for external auditors.

Support new business initiatives:

- Provide financial guidance for new restaurant openings, product launches, and service offerings.

- Analyze business initiatives, assess potential returns and risks, and offer recommendations.

Maintain external relationships:

- Foster strong relationships with banks, vendors, and business partners.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance:

- Maintain adherence to all financial regulations and legal requirements
