To perform effective risk management and plan the organization's financial strategy. It's a complex role within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting along with providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Should be strong in business forecast projections and understand market trends along with experience in merger and acquisitions.
- Should have exp in dealing with global stakeholders and tracking financial data and analyzing the trends.
- Should be able to take on responsibilities of all the departments including Finance, Operations, Purchase, Legal & compliance.
Requirements :
- Qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) from India. MBA in Finance will be preferred qualification.
- Strong experience in business finance, preferably one stint in IT aligned industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
