Chief Financial Officer - BFSI/IT/Pharma

- Ownership of Finance. Enhance, develop and scale the Finance function, as needed

- Enable to reach its potential with complete leadership and delivery of strategic finance, controllership, taxation, audit, FP&A, compliance, etc.

- Assess, monitor and mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks pertinent.

- Build and maintain business and cash forecasts to ensure funding from is transferred in timely fashion

- Establish and maintain rigor in monitoring performance across the business against budgets

- Is a key member of the exec team and thus, jointly owns the strategic direction and delivery of all activity, focused on financial outcomes

- Build a network of finance colleagues within organization and externally, ensuring financial knowledge coming into the company is at the forefront of sector and business relevance. Maintain financial links into organisation and the various teams thereof.
