- Provide guidance in fundraising investing activities

- Provide leadership in business review, pipeline and FC meetings

- Provide proactive financial advice and oversight in contract negotiations and deal structuring for strategic opportunities to increase profitability and revenue

- Ensure quality of business through its lifecycle of payment collection is maintained and be a trusted adviser

- Direct Engagement with Key Customers & Partners

- Accountability for the Financial Planning & Analysis

- Partner closely with the business in leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting activities while providing strong analytical and management reporting input

- Provide proactive financial advice and solutions for strategic direction and insight on opportunities / process improvements to increase profitability and revenue and to identify efficiency and growth opportunities

- Ensure Compliance and Governance within the Organization

- Ensure compliance and safeguards the Company trust and reputation

- Leadership for all F&A Employees in the Respective Entity

- Inspire team members and create a winning team

Required Candidate profile :

- Chartered Accounting with MBA degree from reputed college

- 12-15 Years of experience

- Experience of developing great teams

- Experience of working with a start-up

- Strategic thinking, Ability to drive transformation

- Highly developed coaching skills

- Knowledge of corporate financial governance, policies and guidelines
