Chief Financial Officer - BFSI

Person would be responsible for Finance, Accounts and Compliance of the Organization

1. Managing all finance and accounting operations

2. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements

4. Finalization of accounts & Consolidation of accounts

5. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

6. Support month-end and year-end close process

7. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

8. Managing all audits

9. Managing direct and indirect taxation

10. Knowledge of corporate Law, accounting standards.
